To accommodate for the debate's place and character, the space can be arranged with lecterns or as a cohesive system of chairs and tables. Fitting the place with a speaker system, a voting system and multimedia equipment.

A reception desk being the central point of the arrangement, the area can also have a cloakroom next to or behind it. A place for promotional materials is a nice touch, too.
